Every authority figure SPI holds, the basis it is charged on, and the document it came from. Nothing here prices anything — the calculator does that. This is where you check whether a number deserves to be in a quotation, and it is the only place the provenance lives.
TAWA runs the game reserves and game controlled areas — a different regime from the national parks, and one the northern circuit crosses constantly (Grumeti, Ikorongo, Maswa beside the Serengeti; Loliondo and Natron east of it). Nyerere was previously filed under TAWA and is in fact in TANAPA's system; the reserve land around it is not.
WMAs are community-owned and each sets its own tariff — there is no single national schedule and no central portal. Burunge and Randilen sit directly on the Tarangire circuit and Enduimet on the Kilimanjaro–Amboseli corridor, so a northern itinerary crosses them routinely. This is per-area fieldwork, not one capture: expect a document per WMA, obtained from the WMA or from an operator who pays it.

Every row is generated from a stored copy of the authority’s own document. The fee book is rebuilt from that capture, so re-verifying a season is a re-run rather than a transcription exercise — and a reprint is never a source.
Re-capture as often as you like. Nothing reaches a quotation until tariff-diff has shown what moved and a person has approved it. A crawler finding a new figure raises it; it does not write it.
When a source cannot be read, the last approved capture stands and goes stale in public. NCAA’s site currently redirects to itself on every path, so its figures come from its own tariff page as archived in February — and say so.
“Free” and “we don’t hold it” look nothing alike here. An under-5 in Ngorongoro is priced at zero because the authority publishes zero. An unheld figure is raised on the quotation and never charged as nothing.
